01.Corporate Entity & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "Customer") and VLABS, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company ("Company," "VRIL/eSIM," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, purchasing or scanning a VRIL/eSIM profile, utilizing our developer REST APIs, or deploying our white-label reseller engine, you agree to be strictly bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

02.eSIM Telecommunications Services & Characteristics

VRIL/eSIM provides prepaid global mobile cellular data access utilizing modern GSMA Remote SIM Provisioning standards (GSMA SGP.22). Services are distributed via digital QR codes and LPA (Local Profile Assistant) activation strings delivered directly through our web application or automated transactional email.

03.Device Compatibility & Carrier Unlocking Responsibility

Before purchasing any plan, you are exclusively responsible for confirming that your mobile device meets both mandatory prerequisites:

• Hardware Compatibility: Your device must feature an integrated, operational GSMA-standard eSIM module.
• Network-Unlocked Status: Your device must be completely network-unlocked (carrier-free). Devices subject to domestic carrier financing restrictions, subsidy locks, or SIM locks will unconditionally reject external travel eSIM profiles at the hardware baseband layer.

VLABS, LLC accepts no liability and offers no cash refunds for purchases made on carrier-locked or incompatible hardware once an eSIM profile or QR activation code has been displayed or dispatched.

04.Emergency WhatsApp & Maps Lifeline Guarantee

Qualifying VRIL/eSIM travel destinations feature an uncapped Emergency Lifeline mode. In the event that your primary high-speed data balance is exhausted (0 MB remaining) prior to the expiration of the plan duration, our infrastructure maintains a throttled IP conduit (64–128 kbps) dedicated to essential messaging and coordinate navigation.

The Emergency Lifeline is strictly intended for human safety and emergency messaging (WhatsApp text, Google Maps routing, Apple Maps). Any attempt to deploy automated data scrapers, BitTorrent relays, video streams, or VPN obfuscation over the emergency conduit is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate profile revocation.

05.Payments, Pricing & Cryptocurrency Settlements

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards (via Stripe / Whop) and supported cryptocurrencies (via CoinPayments).

For cryptocurrency transactions, our platform operates a zero-risk customer-funded settlement pipeline: upstream carrier profiles are provisioned only after on-chain blockchain confirmations reach our merchant wallets. Exchange rates are locked for 30 minutes during checkout. Any overpayments or unconfirmed underpayments will be credited as USD platform balances.

06.Developer REST API & White-Label Reseller Program

Developers and authorized resellers are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our REST API endpoints and SDKs. API accounts must adhere to published rate limits and authenticate using cryptographically secured API tokens.

White-label resellers are solely responsible for managing their end-customer billing, first-tier customer support, and local tax compliance. Resellers must not misrepresent VRIL/eSIM or upstream wholesale telecom carriers.

07.Carrier Redundancy & Limitation of Liability

VRIL/eSIM operates multi-carrier routing to maximize uptime. However, cellular telecommunications inherently rely on terrestrial radio towers, atmospheric propagation, and sovereign carrier networks.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VLABS, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM CARRIER CONGESTION, ROAMING SERVICE DEGRADATION, OR GOVERNMENT-MANDATED INTERNET BLACKOUTS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO VLABS, LLC IN THE PRECEDING SIX (6) MONTHS.

08.Governing Law, Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be determined by binding bilateral arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO COMMENCE OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST VLABS, LLC.
